Jennifer (She/Her) is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She received her. Bachelor of Science in Psychology from York University and went on to complete her Masters of Counselling Psychology at Adler University.
Jennifer has focused her training on developing expertise in DBT and has extensive experience working with adults experiencing concurrent mental health and addictions issues as well as people who struggle with intense emotions, trauma and various impulsive behaviours. Jennifer is passionate about helping others become empowered in their lives to create a life worth living. She offers a warm, validating and collaborative space to help clients improve their understanding of themselves and build a toolbox of effective coping skills. Jennifer has worked with folks from various cultural backgrounds, gender identities, sexual orientations, neurodiversities, abilities and beliefs.
Jennifer believes that every human is completely unique and through connecting to others we can honour our differences while experiencing belonging and connection.
In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys listening to podcasts, going to live shows and reading.
